EDUCATIONAL SERVICES PROVIDE MEMBERS WITH EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS TO ASSIST IN THE MANAGEMENT AND OPERATION OF THEIR APARTMENT RENTAL BUSINESS. THESE PROGRAMS BENEFIT THE APPROXIMATELY 3,000 MEMBERS OF THE ASSOCIATION.
CREDIT INVESTIGATION PROVIDES MEMBERS WITH THE ABILITY TO JUDGE THE CREDIT WORTHINESS OF PROSPECTIVE TENANTS.
