YOUTH AND FAMILY ENRICHMENT INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:AFTER-SCHOOL ENRICHMENT - WE PROVIDE STUDENTS WITH THE OPPORTUNITY TO EXPLORE NEW INTERESTS, DEVELOP NEW SKILLS AND EXPAND THEIR KNOWLEDGE BEYOND THE CLASSROOM BY DELIVERING CLUBS DIRECTLY AT THEIR SCHOOLS.SUMMER SPORT & ENRICHMENT - OUR EVIDENCE-BASED AND HOLISTIC SUMMER PROGRAM INFUSES FUN, POSITIVE RELATIONSHIPS AND HANDS-ON EXPERIENCES INTO ACADEMIC PROGRAMMING TO INCREASE SUMMER LEARNING RESULTS.COLLEGE & CAREER COUNSELING - OUR FUTURES PROGRAM PROVIDES 1:1 COUNSELING TO EQUIP STUDENTS WITH THE KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND RESOURCES NECESSARY TO TRANSITION FROM HIGH SCHOOL TO FULFILLING POST-SECONDARY PATHS.AMERICORPS PROGRAM - WE PLACE AMERICORPS MEMBERS WITHIN OUR PARTNER SCHOOLS TO IDENTIFY AND ADDRESS TARGETED NEEDS SUCH AS FAMILY ENGAGEMENT, STUDENT ABSENTEEISM, AND MORE.YOUTH ARTS CENTER - THE NEW YOUTH ARTS CENTER WILL BE A CREATIVE COMMUNITY HUB FOR ARTS AND CULTURAL PROGRAMS FOR YOUTH IN SPRINGFIELD AND THE SURROUNDING REGION.ON-CALL ADVISORS - ON CALL ADVISORS PROVIDE CAREER ADVICE AND GUIDANCE TO HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS IN OUR FUTURES PROGRAM.COMMUNITY SERVICE VOLUNTEERS - WE CONNECT STUDENTS WITH OUR STAFF OR SCHOOL PARTNERS TO GET HANDS-ON COMMUNITY SERVICE EXPERIENCE.
