OAME HOLDING LEASED SPACE OF APPROXIMATELY 40,000 SQ.FT. TO HOUSE 13 SMALL BUSINESSES AND ORGANIZATIONS. HAVING THE TENANTS CLOSE ALLOWED OAME HOLDING'S PARANT COMPANY OAME TO ASSIST THE BUSINESSES DEVELOP AND PROSPER. THE SPACE IS RENTED AT REDUCED RATES THAT ALSO ALLOWS THE TENANTS EVIDENT ADVANTAGES.


OAME CREDIT CORPORATION ACQUIRES FUNDING FROM BOTH PRIVATE AND PUBLIC SOURCES TO ESTABLISH A POOL OF FUNDING TO PROVIDE MICRO LOANS TO BUSINESS THAT WOULD OTHERWISE NOT HAVE ACCESS TO CAPITAL. DURING 2017 OAMECC PROVIDED 98 MICRO LOANS. OAMECC ALSO BEGAN THE NEGOTIATIONS TO SECURE AN ADDITIONAL 500,000 IN MICRO LOAN FUNDING TO LEND.
