THE PURPOSE OF THIS ORGANIZATION SHALL BE TO SUPPORT THE ATTAINMENT AND IMPROVEMENT OF EDUCATION, TO INITIATE AND SUPPORT CHARITABLE ACTIVITY, AND TO PROMOTE THE DEVELOPMENT OF LEADERSHIP, PRIMARILY WITHIN PRINEVILLE AND CROOK COUNTY OREGON.

AWARDED LOCAL STUDENTS WITH SCHOLARSHIPS OR NON-TRADITIONAL EDUCATIONAL SUPPORT; AND, CONTRIBUTED TO A COMMUNITY FOUNDATION TO BE USED TO FUND SCHOLARSHIPS.


SUPPORT THE COMMUNITY IN THE AREAS OF ARTS, HEALTH, CHILDREN AND EDUCATION, LEADERSHIP, AND COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT BY PROVIDING FUNDING AND GRANTS TO VARIOUS GROUPS AND LOCAL GOVERNMENTS.
