ACCOMPLISHMENTS IN 2022 INCLUDE EDUCATING OVER 400 INDIVIDUALS ACROSS THE DEVELOPMENT SERIES, SIGNATURE COURSES, AND ANNUAL CONFERENCE. BEING DIGITALLY ACCESSIBLE FOR INSTRUCTION HAS ALLOWED OUR PROGRAMS TO REACH INDIVIDUALS BEYOND THE PORTLAND METRO, TO ACROSS THE STATE OF OREGON IN COOS BAY, BEND, EUGENE, SALEM AND OTHER CITIES. ON OCCASSION WE HAVE ENROLLMENT FROM OUTSIDE OF THE STATE AS FAR AS TEXAS AND NEW YORK. OUR SLIDING-SCALE TUITION MODEL FOR THE CERTIFICATE IN NONPROFIT FUNDRAISING, GRANT WRITING, AND EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP ACADEMY HAS INCREASED ACCESS FOR PEOPLE WHO IDENTIFY AS BIPOC, LGBTQ, A PERSON WITH A DISABILITY, AND EXPERIENCE LIVING ON LOW INCOME OR POVERTY. OUR COURSES NOW RANGE ANYWHERE FROM 15-40% REPRESENTATION FROM THOSE PRIORITY POPULATIONS.
