AS OF SEPTEMBER 30, 2021, COLUMBIA PACIFIC ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT HAS FINANCED 45 LOANS, WITH 5 OUTSTANDING LOANS TOTALING $314,468 TO ELIGIBLE SMALL BUSINESS BORROWERS UNDER THE INTERMEDIARY RELENDING PROGRAM (IRP) OF THE USDA RURAL BUSINESS COOPERATIVE SERVICES. THROUGH THE RURAL BUSINESS ENTERPRISE GRANT (RBEG), COL-PAC HAS FINANCED 12 LOANS. THE CURRENT (2020-21) OUTSTANDING RBEG FUND BALANCE $273,954. DURING 2021, COL-PAC MADE ONE NEW LOAN TO THE ST. HELENS AQUATIC DISTRICT FOR ENERGY EFFICIENCY UPGRADES. OVERALL, COL-PAC HAS HELPED SMALL BUSINESSES RETAIN AND CREATE 830 JOBS.
