THE HOME OWNER PARTICIPATES IN THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE HOME AS PART OF THE CONTRACT. DURING THE YEAR ENDED JUNE 30, 2021, TWO HOMES WERE COMPLETED AND SOLD. USED AND SURPLUS BUILDING MATERIALS ARE RECEIVED AS DONATIONS AND SOLD THROUGH A RETAIL OUTLET; PROCEEDS ARE USED FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF HOMES FOR LOW INCOME FAMILIES.
