THE PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO PROVIDE SUPPORT FOR TREATMENT, EDUCATION, AND RESEARCH FOR CHILDREN WITH CANCER AND THEIR FAMILIES SERVED BY DOERNBECHER CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL IN PORTLAND, OREGON. THE ORGANIZATION SERVES APPROXIMATELY 4000 CHILDREN AND FAMILY MEMBERS EACH YEAR. ACHIEVEMENT OF THE ORGANIZATION'S EXEMPT PURCHASE RELIES EXCLUSIVELY ON VOLUNTEER DONATED SERVICES.
