SANCTION AND OVERSIGHT OF SEVERAL HIGH SCHOOL RODEOS, INCLUDING THE OREGON HIGH SCHOOL STATE RODEO FINALS. THIS PROMOTES SPORTSMANSHIP AND GOODWILL AMONGST THE HIGH SCHOOL RODEO PARTICIPANTS. IN ADDITION, THE OREGON HIGH SCHOOL RODEO ASSOCIATION PROVIDES COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIPS TO PARTICIPATING MEMBERS.
