EFFECTIVE AS OF JULY 1, 2017, LINUS OAKES TRANSFERRED SUBSTANTIALLY ALL OF ITS ASSETS TO CHI LIVING COMMUNITIES (CHILC), AN OHIO NONPROFIT CORPORATION.CHILC HAS SUBSTANTIAL EXPERIENCE AND EXPERTISE IN OPERATING AND MANAGING SENIOR LIVING FACILITIES. LINUS OAKES AND CHILC DO NOT ANTICIPATE ANY MATERIAL CHANGE IN THE CHARITABLE PURPOSES TO WHICH TRANSFERRED ASSETS ARE DEDICATED TO OCCUR AS A RESULT OF THE TRANSACTION. CHILC WILL TAKE OVER AND CARRY ON LINUS OAKES ACTIVITIES TO BENEFIT THE COMMUNITY, INCLUDING TO PROVIDE A FULL RANGE OF SOCIAL, CULTURAL, AND RECREATIONAL EVENTS FOR ITS RESIDENTS.
