PROTECTION AND ADVOCACY FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH MENTAL ILLNESS ("PAIMI") - DESIGNED TO PROVIDE PROTECTION AND ADVOCACY SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE MENTALLY ILL OR CONSIDERED MENTALLY ILL, THIS PROGRAM'S PRIORITIES INCLUDE ABUSE AND NEGLECT, RIGHT TO TREATMENT OR RIGHT TO REFUSE TREATMENT, CIVIL RIGHTS, AND COMPLIANCE WITH THE AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT.


PROTECTION AND ADVOCACY FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES ("PADD") - THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES LEGAL PROTECTION AND ADVOCACY SERVICES ON BEHALF OF INDIVIDUALS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES, INCLUDING ADVICE AND INFORMATION REGARDING THE RIGHTS OF PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES. THE ORGANIZATION ADVOCATES FOR SERVICES AND BENEFITS, REPRESENTING INDIVIDUALS IN MATTERS OF SPECIAL EDUCATION, GUARDIANSHIP, CIVIL RIGHTS, AND COMPLIANCE WITH THE AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT.


WORK INCENTIVES PLANNING AND ASSISTANCE ("WIPA") - THIS PROGRAM PROVIDES BENEFITS PLANNING ASSISTANCE TO RECIPIENTS OF SOCIAL SECURITY DISABILITY BENEFITS WHO ARE INTERESTED IN RETURNING TO WORK. OTHER SERVICES INCLUDE OUTREACH AND COMMUNITY EDUCATION, AND ADVOCACY IN THE AREA OF WORK INCENTIVES AND BENEFITS.
