THE PURPOSE OF THIS NON-PROFIT CORPORATION IS TO: 1)PROMOTE THE COMMON INTEREST OF ITS MEMBERS AND PROMOTE THE PROVISION OF SERVICES AND PRODUCTS AMONG ITS MEMBERS: 2)CREATE AND ENCOURAGE COOPERATION AND BUSINESS EFFICIENCY AMONG AND SERVICES TO ITS MEMBERS AND TO BRING ITS MEMBERS IN CONTRACT WITH EACH OTHER; 3)EXCHANGE INFORMATION, METHODS AND RESEARCH AMONG ITS MEMBERS; 4)PROVIDE FOR SOCIAL, SCIENTIFIC, EDUCATIONAL AND FRATERNAL INTERESTS AMONG ITS MEMBERS; AND 5)DEVELOP THE MENTAL CAPACITIES AND BUSINESS EFFICIENCY OF ITS MEMBERS.
