THE COUNCIL IS DEVLOTED TO PROMOTING WIHTIN THE TERRITORY COVERED BY THE OUR CHARTER FROM THE BOY SCOUTS OF AMERICA TO PROMOTE THE ABILITY OF BOYS AND GIRLS, YOUR MEN AND YOUN WOMEN TO DO THINGS FOR THEMSLEVES AND OTHERS, TRAINING THEM IN SCOUTCRAFT AND TEACHING THEM PATRIOTISM, COURAGE, SELF-RELIANCE, AND KINDRED VIRTUES.
