(EAREM) EXISTS TO SUPPORT THE MINISTRY OF REFORMED THEOLOGICAL EDUCATION IN EAST ASIA IN SUPPORT OF REFORMED CHURCH DEVELOPMENT THROUGH:(A)EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS THAT TRAIN PASTORS AND RULING ELDERS IN PARTNERSHIP WITH LOCAL TRAINING PROGRAMS AND EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS, PROGRAMS OF OFFICER TRAINING IN THE CHURCH AND UNDERGRADUATE AND GRADUATE LEVEL DEGREE PROGRAMS; (B)DEVELOPING AND SUPPORTING FULL-TIME AND VISITING ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF AND FACULTY; (C)LIBRARY DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVES, TO INCLUDE BUILDING UP PHYSICAL AND DIGITAL COLLECTIONS, PROVISIONS FOR AND MANAGEMENT OF SHARING PRIVILEGES AND CIRCULATION, DIGITAL CATALOG, SECURING EXPERTISE IN COLLECTION MANAGEMENT, ARTIFACT CURATION, AND THE PROPER HOUSING OF COLLECTIONS; AND (D)DEVELOPMENT OF PHYSICAL AND DIGITAL INFRASTRUCTURE, INCLUDING IMPLEMENTATION OF LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS FOR COURSE DELIVERY AND MANAGEMENT, STUDENT INFORMATION SYSTEMS (SIS) FOR ADMISSIONS AND REGISTRATION MANAGEMENT, AND TRAINING STAFF TO USE THESE PLATFORMS EFFECTIVELY.
