SECOND CHANCE CHILDRENS MINISTRY (SCCM) CARES FOR ORPHANED AND ABANDONED CHILDREN IN UGANDA, WITH A CHRISTIAN FAITH BASED APPROACH. SCCM WAS ESTABLISHED DUE TO THE COMMON DESIRE OF THE FOUNDING MEMBERS TO POOL RESOURCES TO HELP WITH INTERVENTION MECHANISMS TOWARDS THE NEEDS OF VULNERABLE CHILDREN IN UGANDA. SCCM IS DEDICATED TO REACHING, TEACHING AND EQUIPING IMPOVERISHED ORPHANS AND VULNERABLE CHILDREN BY PROVIDING ACCESS TO EDUCATION, HOUSING, AND FOOD SECURITY.
