DESERT MOUNTAIN BOOSTERS, INC. (DMB) IS A NONPROFIT INCORPORATED IN THE STATE OF (SEE SCHEDULE O) ARIZONA WITH THE SOLE PURPOSE OF SUPPORTING THE ARTS, ACADEMICS AND ATHLETICS OF DESERT MOUNTAIN HIGH SCHOOL IN SCOTTSDALE, ARIZONA. WE HAVE 20 BOOSTER CLUBS UNDER OUR BOOSTER UMBRELLA. THIS ALLOWS THE SUB-BOOSTERS TO ENJOY THE BENEFITS OF A NONPROFIT. THEY SHARE THE GOVERNANCE, FIDUCIARY AND COMPLIANCE POLICES OF THE UMBRELLA BOOSTER.

TO PROVIDE FUNDS FOR COMPETITIONS FOR VOLLEYBALL, POM, JV POM, VARSITY CHEER, SOFTBALL, VOLLEYBALL, SWIM AND DIVE, CROSS COUNTRY & TRACK, BOY'S BASKETBALL, BASEBALL, DECA AND GIRL'S BASKETBALL INCLUDING UNIFORMS AND COSTUMES FOR COMPETITIONS.


TO PROVIDE TEAM CAMP EVENTS FOR VOLLEYBALL, POM, JV POM, VARSITY CHEER, SOFTBALL, VOLLEYBALL, SWIM AND DIVE, CROSS COUNTRY & TRACK, BOY'S BASKETBALL, BASEBALL, DECA AND GIRL'S BASKETBALL.


TO PROVIDE SUPPORT FOR OTHER ACTIVITIES OF THE PROGRAMS INCLUDING EDUCATIONAL SEMINARS, BANQUETS, SECURITY AND PARENT EDUCATION.


TO PROVIDE SUPPLIES AND SMALL EQUIPMENT FOR THE SCHOOL, ITS ACADEMIC PROGRAMS AND THE SPORTS PROGRAMS THAT PARTICIPATE IN DMB, INC.
