THE PRIMARY PURPOSE OF AACD IS TO PROVIDE ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT TO LOCAL DISTRICTS AND EXPEND FUNDS TO CARRY OUT LOCAL PROGRAMS AIMED AT CONSERVATION AND ORDERLY DEVELOPMENT OF ALASKA'S LAND AND WATER RESOURCES.
