CHILDREN'S MENTAL HEALTH PROGRAM: CHILDREN'S MENTAL HEALTH OFFERS CHILDREN, YOUTH AND THEIR FAMILIES AN OPPORTUNITY TO WORK WITH TRAINED PROFESSIONALS TO ADDRESS LIFE'S CHALLENGES. SERVICES ARE SELECTED BASED UPON THE NEEDS AND STRENGTHS IDENTIFIED BY THE PARENTS, CHILD, TEACHERS AND OUR PROFESSIONALS DURING INITIAL MEETINGS. SERVICES MAY INCLUDE INDIVIDUAL, FAMILY AND GROUP COUNSELING, TESTING AND MEDICAL CONSULTATIONS, AND INDIVIDUAL, FAMILY AND GROUP SUPPORTS.
DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES PROGRAM: SENIOR AND DISABILITY SERVICES OFFERS CUSTOMIZED SERVICES FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES IN PARTNERSHIP WITH FAMILIES. SERVICES ARE INDIVIDUALIZED AND DESIGNED BY THE INDIVIDUAL SERVED, FAMILY AND OUR SERVICE COORDINATORS WITH THE GOAL OF MEETING SPECIFIC INDIVIDUAL NEEDS. OLDER ALASKANS AND ADULT RESOURCE SERVICES PROGRAM: OLDER ALASKANS AND ADULT RESOURCES OFFERS INDIVIDUALIZED SERVICES FOR ADULTS WITH PHYSICAL DISABILITIES, VETERANS, AND SENIORS, IN PARTNERSHIP WITH FAMILIES, TO ASSIST CUSTOMERS IN MEETING THEIR GOALS FOR LIVING WITH DIGNITY IN THEIR CHOSEN HOMES AND COMMUNITIES. SERVICES ARE CREATED AND DESIGNED BY THE CUSTOMER, FAMILY, AND SERVICE COORDINATORS, WITH THE GOAL OF MEETING SPECIFIC, INDIVIDUAL NEEDS. SERVICES MAY INCLUDE SERVICE COORDINATION, RESPITE, CHORE, AND PERSONAL CARE.
EARLY LEARNING PROGRAM: EARLY LEARNING PROGRAM SERVES FAMILIES OF CHILDREN AGED BIRTH TO THREE YEARS WHO ARE EXPERIENCING DEVELOPMENTAL DELAYS OR WHO ARE "AT RISK" OF DEVELOPING DELAYS. SERVICES ARE DESIGNED TO ASSIST FAMILIES IN SUPPORTING THEIR CHILD'S DEVELOPMENT. SERVICES PROVIDE INFORMATION ABOUT AND EVALUATION OF A CHILD'S DEVELOPMENT, PROVIDE SPECIAL INSTRUCTION AND THERAPY FOR CHILDREN, AND OFFER INFORMATION AND SUPPORT IN LOCATING OTHER SERVICES AND RESOURCES.
