THE ORGANIZATION BELIEVES THAT ALL RESIDENTS SHOULD HAVE OPPORTUNITIES FOR CIVIC ENGAGEMENT, LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT AND CONNECTIONS TO THE WIDER COMMUNITY. IT EMPOWERS PEOPLE TO MAKE A POSITIVE DIFFERENCE IN THE NEIGHBORHOODS AND CITY.
