WASHINGTON STATE DENTAL HYGIENISTS ASSOCIATION (WSDHA) SUPPORTED DENTAL HYGIENISTS AND THE DENTAL HYGIENE PROFESSION THROUGH ORGANIZING AND PROVIDING CONTINUING EDUCATION AND SCIENTIFIC SESSIONS EVENTS; HIRING A LOBBYIST TO PROMOTE AND PROTECT THE INTEREST OF DENTAL HYGIENISTS AT A STATE GOVERNMENT LEVEL; ORGANIZING THE ANNUAL HOUSE OF DELEGATES SESSION WHICH SETS POLICY FOR THE ORGANIZATION AS WELL AS DAY-TO-DAY SUPPORT AND ASSISTANCE TO INDIVIDUAL HYGIENISTS.
