HIGHER EDUCATION: PROVIDE OTHER PROGRAM SERVICES TO WESTERN WASHINGTON UNIVERSITY TO INCLUDE EQUIPMENT PURCHASES, FACULTY AND STUDENT TRAVEL, CONFERENCES, HONORARIA, SUPPLIES, AND OTHER.


HIGHER EDUCATION: 1,263 SCHOLARSHIPS AWARDED TO INDIVIDUAL STUDENTS.
