THE SCHOLARSHIP IS OPEN TO WOMEN EDUCATORS WORKING ON POST BACCALAUREATE STUDIES IN THE FIELD OF EDUCATION AT A NATIONALLY OR REGIONALLY ACCREDITED COLLEGE OR UNIVERSITY, WHO ARE BONA FIDE RESIDENTS OF WASHINGTON STATE. SUCCESSFUL APPLICANTS WILL SHOW EVIDENCE OF SCHOLARSHIP, PROFESSIONAL SERVICE, POTENTIAL FOR FUTURE SERVICE IN EDUCATION AND PROMISE OF DISTINCTION.
IN ORDER TO ACHIEVE ITS CORPORATE PURPOSE, THE FOUNDATION OPERATES A SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM. AS ANOTHER ELEMENT OF ADVANCING ITS CORPORATE PURPOSE, THE FOUNDATION ALSO OPERATES CERTAIN PROGRAMS WHICH ARE NATURAL CONCOMITANTS OF THE GRANTING OF SCHOLARSHIPS.
