OUR APPROACH TO PROVIDING SUPPORTIVE HOUSING IS BASED ON ROBUST PARTNERSHIPS WITH OTHER SERVICE PROVIDERS, SUPPORTIVE SERVICES PROVIDED BY PHC STAFF, THE DEVELOPMENT OF COMPANIONSHIP AND COMMUNITY, AND MISSION DRIVEN PROPERTY MANAGEMENT.
