THE FOUNDATION SECURES CHARITABLE CONTRIBUTIONS TO FUND PROGRAMS AND SERVICES THAT ENHANCE THE WELL-BEING, INDEPENDENCE, SECURITY AND DIGNITY OF THE RESIDENTS OF THE LILAC PLAZA, LILAC TERRACE, AND HOLMAN GARDENS RETIREMENT COMMUNITIES AND VARIOUS RENTAL PROPERTIES WHICH ARE FACILITIES OF SPOKANE BAPTIST ASSOCIATION HOMES (SBAH).

THE FOUNDATION PROVIDES SUPPORT TO SPOKANE BAPTIST ASSOCIATION HOMES (SBAH) (LILAC PLAZA, LILAC TERRACE, AND HOLMAN GARDENS RETIREMENT COMMUNITIES AND VARIOUS RENTAL PROPERTIES) TO ASSIST THEM IN PROVIDING AFFORDABLE HOUSING AND RELATED SERVICES TO MORE THAN 350 RESIDENTS TO ENSURE THEIR CONTINUED WELL-BEING. THE FOUNDATION ALSO PROVIDES FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR BUILDING IMPROVEMENTS, UPGRADING EXISTING COMMUNITIES, AS WELL AS NEW BUILDING PROJECTS. THE FOUNDATION CONTRIBUTED APPROXIMATELY 900 TO SBAH PROPERTIES FOR PROJECTS DURING THE YEAR.
