WE PROVIDE AFTER-SCHOOL PROGRAMS AND LOCAL COMMUNITY OUTREACHES, SERVING OVER 300 K-12 AND COLLEGE-AGED STUDENTS WEEKLY ON-SITE AND AT 5 OUTREACH SITES. "THE LEADERSHIP ACADEMY"(TLA) SERVES 96 STUDENTS K-8 WITH LITERACY AND SOCIAL/EMOTIONAL ENGAGEMENT. RESULTS: 88% OF OUR STUDENTS IMPROVED THEIR READING SCORES; 76% WERE READING ON THEIR GRADE LEVEL."REFRAME" SERVES 30+ STUDENTS GRADES 9TH-COLLEGE FRESHMEN WITH COLLEGE AND CAREER READINESS, LIFE AND JOB SKILLS, POST-SECONDARY PLANNING, LEADERSHIP, AND SUMMER INTERNSHIPS. RESULTS: 100% GRADUATION RATE, WHO EITHER OBTAIN JOBS OR COLLEGE ACCEPTANCE. XCREATE"(CONNECTING,RESTORING,EMPOWERING ARTISTS THROUGH EXPERIENCES) SERVES 130+ STUDENTS WITH EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING ELECTIVES IN MUSIC, COOKING, SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY, ENGINEERING, ARTS, MATH AND MORE.
