THE MUSEUM OFFERS INTERACTIVE EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCES TO THE PUBLIC THROUGH ITS EXTENSIVE COLLECTION THAT FOLLOWS A CONTINUOUS THREAD OF ELECTRICAL INVENTION AND DISCOVERY. VOLUNTEER DOCENTS AND MUSEUM STAFF PROVIDE GUIDED TOURS OF THE COLLECTION, WHICH CONTAINS A WEALTH OF UNIQUE AND RARE ARTIFACTS DATING FROM THE EARLIEST DAYS OF SCIENTIFIC ELECTRICAL EXPERIMENTS IN THE 1600S THROUGH THE 1940S AND THE GOLDEN AGE OF RADIO. VISITORS ALSO ARE INVITED TO EXPERIENCE THE MEGAZAPPER, ONE OF THE LARGEST TESLA COILS IN THE COUNTRY.


STUDENTS AND CLUBS OF ALL AGES VISIT SPARK MUSEUM EACH YEAR ON ORGANIZED SCHOOL FIELD TRIPS AND GROUP VISITS. STAFF AND VOLUNTEER DOCENTS PROVIDE SPECIFIC EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCES BASED ON GRADE LEVEL AND GROUP NUMBERS. THE MUSEUM ALSO PROVIDES ONLINE STEM RESOURCES FOR TEACHERS.
