IT IS GEARED TOWARDS ADULTS WITH ARTHRITIS OR OTHER CHRONIC CONDITIONS WHO WANT TO INTRODUCE WALKING INTO THEIR LIFESTYLE AS A WAY TO STAY HEALTHY AND EXERCISE IN A GROUP ENVIRONMENT.
