FULL CIRCLE OF CHOICES, AN ORGANIZATION DESCRIBED IN SECTION 501(C)3, SERVES DEVELOPMENTALLY DISABLED INDIVIDUALS. THE ORGANIZATION RECEIVES FUNDS ON AN HOURLY FEE FOR SERVICES RENDERED FROM THE REGIONAL CENTER OF THE EAST BAY. FULL CIRCLE'S SUPPORT SERVICES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO, WORKING WITH THE DISABLED INDIVIDUALS, THEIR FAMILIES, AND FRIENDS TO IDENTIFY THE PERSON'S NEEDS AND DESIRES FOR A GREATER INDEPENDENT LIVING ARRANGEMENT. FULL CIRCLE'S STAFF DIRECTLY PROVIDES SUPPORT AND TRAINING TO THE DEVELOPMENTALLY DISABLED INDIVIDUALS.
