THE ORGANIZATION'S EXEMPT PURPOSE IS TO PROMOTE PUBLIC SAFETY BY DRUG AND ALCOHOL TESTING OF PILOTS AND MECHANICS, AND PROMOTE PUBLIC AWARENESS OF THE AVIATION INDUSTRIES SERVICES AVAILABLE.

TESTING FOR DRUG AND ALCOHOL USE/ABUSE OF PILOTS AND MECHANICS. PROMOTING AIRCRAFT SAFETY FOR THE PUBLIC AVIATION EMPLOYEES, ETC. THE PROGRAM HAS OVER 500 TESTINGS PER YEAR. TRADE SHOWS PROMOTING THE AVIATION INDUSTRY TO THE PUBLIC. BOOTH RENTAL IS LIMITED TO AVIATION RELATED PARTICIPANTS. THE SHOW HAS OVER 15,000 ATTENDEES OVER THE TWO DAY PERIOD. THE ATTENDANCE BY THE PUBLIC HAS INCREASED EACH YEAR. THE SHOW INFORMS THE PUBLIC OF AVIATION PRODUCTS AND SERVICES THAT ARE AVAILABLE TO THEM. AN ADDITIONAL FEATURE OF THE TRADE SHOW IS SAFETY SEMINARS FOR PILOTS, CONDUCTED BY RENOWNED SPEAKERS FURNISHED BY THE WASHINGTON AVIATION ASSOCIATION.
