THE INDUSTRY-DRIVEN CURRICULUM LINKS CLASSROOM LEARNING WITH HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE TO DEVELOP THE BEST AND BRIGHTEST TALENT IN TOMORROW'S RESTAURANT AND FOOD SERVICE LEADERS.
