THE CHIEF GOALS OF WALF ARE TO PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL AND RESEARCH PROJECTS TO FURTHER AND PROTECT THE LEGAL RIGHTS OF THOSE INVOLVED IN AGRICULTURE AND AQUACULTURE. SUPPORT TO PRIVATE PROPERTY RIGHTS, CONSTITUTIONAL PRINCIPLES AND THE LIMITATION OF GOVERNMENT REGULATIONS.
