NEXT STEP HOUSING PROVIDES QUALITY, AFFORDABLE, CLEAN AND SOBER HOUSING AND SUPPORTIVE SERVICES TO SPECIAL NEEDS INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES. NEXT STEP HOUSING IS THE LARGEST NON-PROFIT, PERMANENT HOUSING PROVIDER FOR SPECIAL NEEDS POPULATIONS IN CENTRAL WASHINGTON. -68% OF PORTFOLIO HOUSES PREVIOUSLY HOMELESS INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN INCLUDING VETERANS; -59% OF PORTFOLIO HOUSES PEOPLE LIVING WITH DISABILITIES. NEXT STEP HOUSING HAS 239 PERMANENT, SUPPORTIVE HOUSING UNITS. ALL PROPERTIES ARE ALCOHOL AND DRUG FREE COMMUNITIES.
