MOSAIC SEEKS TO CREATE CROSS-CULTURAL ALLIANCES, MENTORING RELATIONSHIPS, COMMUNITY CONNECTIONS AND EDUCATIONAL PROCESSES THAT LEAD TO GREATER CONSCIOUSNESS AND PURPOSE IN INDIVIDUALS WHILE ALSO DEVELOPING CAPACITIES FOR CULTURAL HEALING AND ENVIRONMENTAL RENEWAL.

Part 3 - Line 4a

MOSAIC MULTICULTURAL FOUNDATION HAS BEEN CREATING, ORGANIZING AND OPERATING COMMUNITY AND YOUTH EVENTS FOR THIRTY YEARS. MOSAIC ONLINE AND IN PERSON EVENTS AND COURSES PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCES AND LEARNING TOOLS FOR A DIVERSE COMMUNITY OF COUNSELORS, ARTISTS, SPIRITUALS LEADERS, TEACHERS AND COMMUNITY ACTIVISTS. THESE PROJECTS DRAW UPON THE DIVERSE TRADITIONS OF MENTORING BOTH YOUTH AND ELDERS WITH THE GOAL OF REDUCING CONFLICTS AND HEALING DIVISIONS IN CONTEMPORARY CULTURE. MOSAICS VOICES OF COMMUNITY PROJECTS REPRESENT THE STORIES AND VOICES OF THOSE MOST OFTEN EXCLUDED FROM THE PUBLIC DISCOURSE. EACH VOICES PROGRAM INVOLVES WORKSHOPS AND RETREATS WHERE RARE AND COMPELLING STORIES ARE DISTILLED INTO TEACHING MODULES THAT CAN BE USED BY AS LEARNING TOOLS FOR DEVELOPING GREATER VITALITY, COHERENCE AND INCLUSION IN DIVERSE COMMUNITIES.
