THE OPERATIONS OF EXPLORATIONS ACADEMY (EA)INTEGRATES ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE WITH EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING. EA IS AN EXPERIENTIALLY-BASED MIDDLE AND HIGH SCHOOL ESTABLISHED IN 1995. EA SERVES CAPABLE YOUNG PEOPLE IN GRADES 6-12 SEEKING AN EDUCATION FOR THE 21ST CENTURY THAT MEANINGFULLY ADDRESSES REAL-WORLD ISSUES. EA IS UNIQUE WITH A FOCUS ON CONTEXT: THE CONTEXT OF THE SCHOOL ENVIRONMENT, OUR LOCAL AREA AND REGION, AND GLOBAL SYSTEMS ARE EACH DIRECTLY INCORPORATED INTO THE CURRICULUM. EA IS EDUCATING YOUNG PEOPLE FOR OUR CONTEMPORARY CHANGING WORLD. EA IS FULLY ACCREDITED BY THE NORTHWEST ACCREDITATION COMMISSION.
