SEATTLE INSTITUTE FOR BIOMEDICAL AND CLINICAL RESEARCH (SIBCR) STRIVES TO PROVIDE OUTSTANDING SUPPORT TO VA STAFF IN THEIR RESEARCH, EDUCATION AND TRAINING ENDEAVORS AND TO FOSTER PROGRESS IN BIOMEDICAL, CLINICAL, REHABILITATIVE AND HEALTH CARE SERVICES. SIBCR PROGRAMS BENEFIT THE NATION'S VETERANS AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC.
