NWRPCA ORGANIZES AND HOLDS CONFERENCES, WEBINARS, AND OTHER TRAINING PROGRAMS THAT INCLUDE A WIDE VARIETY OF TOPICS RELEVANT TO COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTERS AND THEIR PARTNERS. NWRPCA PROVIDES TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE AND INFORMATION TO COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTERS AROUND HUMAN RESOURCES, WORKFORCE RECRUITMENT, RETENTION AND MANAGEMENT, FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT, POLICY ANALYSIS AND ADVOCACY, MIGRANT HEALTH SERVICES, SOCIAL DETERMINANTS OF HEALTH, QUALITY IMPROVEMENT, AND OTHER AREAS OF CONCERN OR INTEREST, USING A VARIETY OF DELIVERY MODALITIES INCLUDING A MONTHLY NEWSLETTER, SITE VISITS, INTRODUCTION TO/FACILITATION OF WORK WITH PARTNERS AND SUBJECT MATTER EXPERTS, DATA ANALYSIS AND DATA PRODUCTS SUCH AS A SALARY SURVEY, AND THE AFORMENTIONED TRAINING AND CONFERENCES.
