OUTPATIENT SERVICES - TO HONOR THE DIGNITY OF ALL PERSONS AND PROVIDE INDIVIDUALIZED, NURTURING CARE TO THOSE SUFFERING FROM SUBSTANCE ABUSE, VIOLENCE, HOMELESSNESS, AND MENTAL ILLNESS THROUGH OUTPATIENT COUNSELING SERVICES.


ISABELLA HOUSE- TO HONOR THE DIGNITY OF ALL PERSONS AND PROVIDE INDIVIDUALIZED, NURTURING CARE TO THOSE SUFFERING FROM SUBSTANCE ABUSE, VIOLENCE, HOMELESSNESS, AND MENTAL ILLNESS THROUGH WOMEN'S INPATIENT SERVICES.


SUNRAY COURT- TO HONOR THE DIGNITY OF ALL PERSONS AND PROVIDE INDIVIDUALIZED, NURTURING CARE TO THOSE SUFFERING FROM SUBSTANCE ABUSE, VIOLENCE, HOMELESSNESS, AND MENTAL ILLNESS THROUGH MEN'S INPATIENT SERVICES.


TRANSITION ASSISTANCE FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE COMPLETED INPATIENT REHABILITATION THERAPY AND ARE READY TO ADAPT BACK INTO SOCIETY. THIS INCLUDES A PARENT-CHILD ASSISTANCE PROGRAM - ASSIST MOTHERS IN OBTAINING TREATMENT, MAINTAINING RECOVERY, AND RESOLVING THE COMPLEX PROBLEMS ASSOCIATED WITH THEIR SUBSTANCE ABUSE; GUARANTEE THE CHILDREN ARE IN A SAFE ENVIRONMENT AND RECEIVING APPROPRIATE HEALTH CARE; EFFECTIVELY LINK FAMILIES WITH COMMUNITY RESOURCES; DEMONSTRATE SUCCESSFUL STRATEGIES FOR WORKING WITH THIS POPULATION IN ORDER TO BREAK THE CYCLE AND DECREASE THE NUMBER OF AFFECTED CHILDREN.
