IN MARCH OF 2020 THE COMPANY SUSPENDED OPERATIONS BECUSE OF THE COVID PANDEMIC IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE GOVERNOR'S "STAY AT HOME" ORDER. GRANT AND COVID RELIEF FUNDS HAVE BEEN USED TO COVER FIXED EXPENSES.
