EOCF OFFERS A WIDE RANGE OF CRITICAL SERVICES TO LOW-INCOME CHILDREN AND FAMILIES, INCLUDING EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION, COMPREHENSIVE HEALTH, MENTAL HEALTH, NUTRITION, DISABILITIES, PHYSICAL AND DEVELOPMENTAL ASSESSMENTS AND SUPPORT TO FAMILIES THROUGH CASE MANAGEMENT, TRAINING AND PARENT EDUCATION.

HEAD START SERVES LOW INCOME FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN FROM THREE TO FIVE YEARS OLD, PREPARING THEM FOR ENTRY INTO PUBLIC SCHOOLS. OPTIONS INCLUDE FULL YEAR, FULL DAY, AND PART YEAR PROGRAMS THAT ARE FUNDED BY THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES.


EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION AND ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (ECEAP) - SERVES LOW INCOME FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN FROM THREE TO FIVE YEARS OLD AND IS FUNDED BY THE STATE OF WASHINGTON.


EARLY HEAD START SERVES LOW INCOME FAMILIES WITH INFANTS AND TODDLERS AND PREGNANT WOMEN. THE MISSION OF THE PROGRAM IS TO PROMOTE HEALTHY PRENATAL OUTCOMES FOR PREGNANT WOMEN, ENHANCE THE DEVELOPMENT OF VERY YOUNG CHILDREN, AND TO PROMOTE HEALTHY FAMILY FUNCTIONING.
