COMMUNITY AFFILIATE OF DOLLY PARTON'S IMAGINATION LIABRARY PROGRAM, WHICH ENHANCES EARLY LEARNER LITERACY, UPLIFTS THE TWO-COUNTY KINDERGARTEN ASSESSMENT SCORES AND INCREASES FAMILY ENGAGEMENT TIME.
USED FOR TRAINING, EDUCATION, AND OPERATIONS DIRECTLY RELATED WITH ALLOCATIONS TO CHARITIES AND ORGANIZATIONS MENTIONED IN THE 1ST ACHIEVEMENT.
