COMMUNITY AFFILIATE OF DOLLY PARTON'S IMAGINATION LIABRARY PROGRAM, WHICH ENHANCES EARLY LEARNER LITERACY, UPLIFTS THE TWO-COUNTY KINDERGARTEN ASSESSMENT SCORES AND INCREASES FAMILY ENGAGEMENT TIME.
