OUR MISSION IS ROOTED IN THE IDEA THAT EVERYONE DESERVES THE OPPORTUNITY TO WORK AND TO THRIVE. THROUGH ADVOCACY GRANT MAKING AND THOUGHT LEADERSHIP WE ARE DEDICATED TO DISMANTLING THE BARRIERS TO LIVABLE WAGE EMPLOYMENT FOR THOSE WITH ARREST RECORDS. BY SUPPORTING EDUCATIONAL INITIATIVES AND FAIR CHANCE HIRING PRACTICES WE AIM TO NOT ONLY CHANGE INDIVIDUAL LIVES BUT ALSO TO SHIFT THE NARRATIVE AND STIGMA ASSOCIATED WITH ARREST RECORDS.
