AT AGE WELL AT HOME, OUR MISSION IS TO HONOR, SUPPORT AND ADVOCATE FOR STABLE AND EQUITABLE HOMEOWNERSHIP BY MODIFYING THE HOMES OF OLDER NEIGHBORS TO CREATE A SAFE AND HEALTHY ENVIRONMENT. WE ENVISION A DIVERSE AND EQUITABLE COMMUNITY WHERE OLDER NEIGHBORS ARE VALUED AND SUPPORTED TO LIVE IN THEIR HOMES FOR AS LONG AS THEY DESIRE.
