CARE COORDINATION AND RYAN WHITE PART B-PRIMARY CARE AND HIV CARE SERVICES -SUNSHINE FAMILY CARES INC. IS DEDICATED TO PROVIDING COMPREHENSIVE CARE AND SUPPORT FOR INDIVIDUALS LIVING WITH HIV. THEIR WIDE RANGE OF SERVICES INCLUDES NOT ONLY MEDICAL CARE AND TREATMENT, BUT ALSO SUPPORT IN ENROLLING IN INSURANCE AND ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS. THEY ALSO PROVIDE ESSENTIAL SUPPORT SERVICES SUCH AS MEDICAL CASE MANAGEMENT, TREATMENT ADHERENCE, EMERGENCY FINANCIAL AID, MEDICAL TRANSPORTATION, AND HOUSING. FURTHERMORE, SUNSHINE FAMILY CARES INC. RUNS PROGRAMS AIMED AT REDUCING HIV STIGMA WITHIN BOTH THE HIV COMMUNITY AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC.
