THE TRUST'S ACTIVITIES ARE TO MAKE DISTRIBUTIONS EXCLUSIVELY TO SUPPORTED COLLEGES, SPECIFICALLY TO FURTHER THE PURPOSES OF THE SCHULER ACCESS INITIATIVE AIMED AT INCREASING ACCESS TO COLLEGE BY NEEDY INDIVIDUALS, TO INCREASE THE NUMBER OF UNDOCUMENTED AND PELL GRANT-ELIGIBLE LOW-INCOME STUDENTS ATTENDING SUPPORTED COLLEGES, AND TO FURTHER EDUCATIONAL GOALS OF THE SUPPORTED COLLEGES, ALL AS DETERMINED BY THE TRUSTEES.
