NOT BY CHOICE IS A NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION RESOURCE CENTER THAT PROVIDES SERVICES TO THE LOW INCOME COMMUNITIES THROUGH OUR NBC OUTREACH PROGRAM IN GREATER LAS VEGAS. DONATIONS COME FROM OTHER NONPROFITS, AND PRIVATE DONORS. THESE GOODS INCLUDE,BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO CLOTHING, ACCESSORIES, HOUSEHOLD GOODS, BOOKS, FURNITURE, SCHOOL SUPPLIES AND OTHER IN-KIND DONATIONS. WE RECEIVE TOILETRIES,PAPER GOODS, BABY ITEMS AND PERSONAL HYGIENE. WE PROVIDE RESOURCES TO MEET THE NEEDS OF LOW-INCOME INDIVIDUALS. ADDITIONALLY, WE OFFER SUPPORT IN JOB READINESS, FACILITATE ALTERNATIVE SENTENCING PROGRAMS, ASSIST VICTIM OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, AND SERVE AS A REFERRAL SOURCE FOR VARIOUS SERVICES.
