THE OWNERS OF ALABAMA'S FOUR GREYHOUND TRACKS LAUNCHED A TELEVISION AD CAMPAIGN TO ENCOURAGE LAWMAKERS TO APPROVE A CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT TO ALLOW VOTERS TO DECIDE WHETHER TO APPROVE A LOTTERY AND CASINOS. THE CAMPAIGN BY THE ALABAMA TRACK OWNERS ASSOCIATION SAYS A LOTTERY AND CASINOS COULD GENERATE $700 MILLION EACH YEAR AND CREATE JOBS.
