HOAMS SUCCESSFULLY CLOSED 84 MORTGAGES DURING 2023, TOTALING $16.8MM. AVERAGE AMI FOR THESE MORTGAGEES WAS 60%. DURING 2023 HOAMS BECAME CERTIFIED AS A COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT FINANCIAL INSTITUTION (CDFI).
