HOWEVER, THE CURRENT HOUSING MARKET AND DIFFICULTY FOR A NONPROFIT TO GET A MORTGAGE HAS MADE IT DIFFICULT TO OBTAIN A HUD HOME OR ONE SUITABLE FOR LOW OR VERY LOW-INCOME FAMILIES. THE DIRECTORS HAVE MET WITH WHOLESALERS, REALTORS, HOME INSPECTORS, HOUSING AUTHORITIES AND THE VA ASSOCIATION. THEY ARE LOOKING INTO THE POSSIBILITY OF VOUCHERS FOR VETERANS.
