THE ORGANIZATION CONDUCTS SEMINARS AND CONFERENCES TO PROMOTE, EDUCATE, CERTIFY AND RECERTIFY EMERGENCY MEDICAL, POLICE, AND FIRE DISPATCHERS. APPROXIMATELY 16,000 INDIVIDUALS WERE NEWLY CERTIFIED DURING THE TAX YEAR.
