PROVIDES A PARENTAL FUNCTION FOR NAVAJO STUDENTS FROM THE NAVAJO RESERVATION WHO ARE ENROLLED IN THE PUBLIC SCHOOLS OF THE SEVIER SCHOOL DISTRICT IN UTAH. LODGING, FOOD, PERSONAL NEEDS, SCHOOL NEEDS, COUNSELING AND GUIDANCE, AND TWENTY-FOUR HOUR SUPERVISION ARE PROVIDED TO THESE STUDENTS FROM THE ISOLATED PORTIONS OF THE NAVAJO RESERVATION. THESE PROGRAMS ENABLE THESE STUDENTS TO HAVE ACCESS TO QUALITY EDUCATION.
